Please review all of LUXE Sunless Studio's policies prior to booking and/or arrival of any appointment. These policies are enforced for the protection of our clientele, employees, and their time.When booking your appointment with LUXE, a credit card on file is required to hold your appointment. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $30.00 cancellation fee.

NO Show Policy
No shows result in a full charge of the service booked. Please respect our artists' time and cancel accordingly. If you have a monthly memberships, no show appointments will be charged $20.
Grace Period Policy
LUXE Sunless Studio understands that at times, we will all run late. Because of scheduling being back-to-back, LUXE Sunless allows a 10-minute grace period. Please be sure to contact LUXE Sunless if you are running late to your appointment. Arriving too late may result in a full service charge to your account, and your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Tan Line Policy
Female clients may tan whatever they are most comfortable in. Male clients must wear undergarments - no exceptions.
